It’s alive!

We are approaching the end of our first month of baseball and the bats seem to be waking up! We have not seen anything too monumental but when our lineup puts out eleven runs in two wins then I certainly will not complain about it. That should be enough considering how well our pitching has been. Danks did not do so well against the Tigers last night but he seems to be in a great developmental stage. Our bullpen is just about lights out and I could not be happier with the combination of Thornton, McDougal, Aardsma(thanks Cubbies!), Massett(congrats on your first MLB win), and Jenks. Of course, how could I forget, THANK YOU MARK BUERHLE! This all time great Sox lefty has given us years of joy and to see him attain an accomplishment like that is a thing all Sox fans will cherish. I am looking forward to seeing him signed by Kenny & Co. to a long term deal and retire a Chicago White Sox!

With that being said I am most looking forward to our Sox sticking it to the Tigers and showing all of MLB that they were nothing but overachievers in ‘06.
